Ms Tee’s teaching career spans all levels, from pre-school to diploma programs. Her experience includes coaching in primary and secondary schools, where she was involved in planning and implementing music curriculum. Notable institutions she has worked with include Anglo-Chinese School (Junior), Xinghua Primary School, Kuo Chuan Presbyterian Primary School, Woodlands Primary School, and Orchid Park Secondary School.

Dedicated to nurturing the next generation of music learners, Ms Tee also mentored new teachers at Amadeus Music Academy, helping them enhance their teaching techniques and classroom practices. Under her guidance, many of her students have achieved remarkable success, performing in various venues and masterclasses, winning prizes in piano competitions, and excelling in examinations and gifted young musician programs.

Her professional excellence has been widely recognized. Ms Tee served as a judge for the 5th and 7th Singapore Steinway Youth Piano Competitions in 2020 and 2025, respectively. In 2020, she received the “Excellent Piano Teacher” award at the Global I-Piano Competition (全球“云知音”网络公益钢琴大赛). At the 70th GASCA International Piano Competition in 2025, she was presented with the International Music Instructor Award in recognition of her students’ achievements, who won championship and second runner-up titles. In 2023, Ms Tee was honoured with the prestigious Steinway Teacher & Educational Partner (STEP) title for her outstanding dedication to music education.
