Performances
Jo Tee, a piano teacher in Singapore encourages students to seek out performance opportunities. Annual piano recitals are held in YMS, Young Musicians’ Society Arts Centre, Library@Esplanade and The Arts House, giving her students opportunities to perform before wider audience in a professional performance setting. It’s a special time to performance for the families and students are able to build confidence. By showcasing young pianists, young listeners are motivated to search for their own unique expression of excellence.
Students are provided with opportunities to work with and learn from well respected and renowned pianists such as Adam Gyorgy and Wang CongYu. In the masterclass, students will receive pertinent advice towards refining their pieces, while the observers are able to absorb knowledge which they can later apply to their own repertoire. Masterclasses provide students invaluable feedback and artistic simulation in preparing them for recital, competitions, performances and examinations.

She provides her students stage experience with opportunities to perform in front of live audience. Annual recitals are held to train students in performance skills and techniques, inspire self confidence and provide the joy of performing live.
